Nature connects us to the world and others. Just viewing a photograph depicting natural scenes can help people heal emotionally, spiritually, and even physically. A desire to connect with the environment in a more enduring way has driven my passion for photography, that often gives rise to travel in remote locations, experiencing new cultures, observing wildlife, and taking in the beauty of natural landscapes.

My hope is that my art will foster a personal connection with the natural world, motivate efforts to preserve our natural environment, and by so doing better our community’s mental and physical health.
