I’m a storyteller who paints and creates what I can imagine. With degrees in clay and fibers and 50 years of trial and error..one does sort through what works best and what makes you happy. I’m not partial to any certain materials 3D or 2D. Like a good cook I’ll use what I can find. A theme of contemporary folk art and narrative stories runs through all that I make.

I moved to New Mexico with my son in 2013 who is disabled for a warmer, dryer climate and to continue finding new textures, colors and exposure for my work. My new home has all these in abundance.
