Richard Irwin

My art is an subconscious expression of my desire to live in a world of light and color that evokes what is good and possible in life. I work primarily with acrylic and acrylic ink on canvas, wood, and Masonite, often adding texture with modeling paste. My process is guided by a simple philosophy: “Let the painting speak to you.” I hope that my work invites you to join the conversation.
