Waiver and Release of Liability The undersigned, in consideration for being allowed to exhibit and/or display for sale a work of art owned by the undersigned at an exhibition or show sponsored by the CAST (Corrales Art Studio Tour) at the San Ysidro Old Church, 966 Old Church Road, Corrales, NM, does agree to waive and release Corrales Historical Society, Corrales employees, agents, volunteers, and representatives of, and from, any and all loss and damage to, and liability for, the undersigned’s work(s) of art (listed below) arising and resulting from any accidents or events occurring while such items are at the Old Church and/or in the possession or control of anyone for, and on behalf of CAST. The undersigned shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the works described below while in the possession, or under the control of, the parties named in the paragraph above. In the event of a dispute regarding the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability, either party may apply to an arbitrator for resolution. The parties hereby agree to enter the arbitration process and to abide by any resulting arbitration ruling. The burdened party shall pay all costs of arbitration.
